This year's banquet will again be a "Pot Luck" event. Every family is asked to bring a dish or an item needed to help make the banquet a success. Flyers are being sent home and the information will be posted on our Facebook page, webpage, and Twitter. Again, there will be no charge for the banquet this year if you donate something to the event. However, there will be a $10 per person charge (excluding athletes) for anyone who does not donate to the event. Suggestions for items needed are posted on the link to volunteer spot below. These are mere suggestions and I included spaces for signature dishes, desserts, or anything else someone would like to donate. If you choose one of these slots, please list the item you will be bringing.
We're using VolunteerSpot (the leading online signup and reminder tool) to organize our upcoming signups.

It would also be extremely helpful if you could email or text me an RSPV by Monday, December 8, 2014 so we can ensure we have enough food, especially the meat provided by the Quarterback Club, for everyone attending. We totally understand this is a church night and apologize in advance for the. However, due to winter sports, i.e., basketball and soccer, we had to make sure there were no schedule conflicts with these sports to ensure all of our athletes have an opportunity to attend the banquet. If your child was a JV player this year and he was invited to move up and participate in the final two varsity games, you and your child are invited to attend the varsity banquet also.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me: (843) 465-3964 or bayhighqb@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time, attention, and consideration in these matters!
